How much is 1 yard of material?
1 yard is equivalent to approx. 27 cubic feet.

Can you dump material on my lawn?
It is up to our drivers whether they can dump/deliver material where the homeowner/contractor want it. We do not drive over any curbs.

Can you deliver multiple items on one truck?
We do not deliver more than one product on each delivery. Our trucks do not have separators to keep multiple products from mixing.

How much room do I need for a delivery?
Our trucks and machines need a 10ft opening to bring pallets or dump material where you would like. The machine will not drive over any curbs and is again up to the driver where it can be placed. (Recent weather conditions will play a part in driving on lawns, wet areas, etc.)

When do you deliver?
We deliver Monday through Saturday, 7:30am-4:00pm. We do our best to determine AM or PM, but we do not specify a time.

Do I have to be home to accept my delivery?
No, you do not have to be home. We will call when we arrive and if there is no answer, we will determine where the material is delivered, or we will bring the material back to our location and you will have to pay an additional delivery charge for each time we attempt to deliver.

Do you deliver when it rains?
Yes, we deliver when it rains. The weather can affect our delivery operations such as, material conditions as our material is stored outdoors and timing of delivery.

Will you unload items at my delivery that are small?
Our drivers do not unload any material by hand. We strictly dump and go. Except for hand tools and some other small products.

Can I have my delivery material dumped in two spots at my location?
No, we dump in one location as we do not determine what comes off in each spot.

Can I have my delivery material dumped at two locations on my street or nearby?
No, this would be two separate deliveries and would cost a delivery charge for each address. If we arrive and you ask to do this, you will be denied.

Who is responsible for possible damage of my property during a delivery?
You are! We take great caution while making our deliveries and enter your property at your request. Any and all damage done within the curb line is the homeowner/contractors responsibility. This includes driveways, walkways, curbs, overhanging trees, powerlines, gutters, fences, gates, grass, pavers, onsite vehicles, garages, etc.)

Will my material match the product images on the site?
We always recommend viewing our products in person, especially if you are unsure of what you are looking for. Our online images for tools and such are exact, bulk material is subject to variation.

Can I pay the delivery driver at the time of delivery?
No, we require payment at the time of order, whether in our store location or online at the end of checking out.

How far do you deliver?
We deliver to just about anywhere. A delivery charge is applied based on county within the state if New Jersey. Any deliveries outside of New Jersey must be placed in person or over the phone with one of our sales associates and delivery will be scheduled then.

How much does a bulk delivery cost?
Delivery within Union County, New Jersey is free for any one product of 5 yards or more. Under 5 yards is $40.00. Outside of Union County, you can see our Delivery Fees page here. (Delivery pricing for outside of NJ, please call.)

How much does a paver delivery cost?
Any paver delivery within Union County, New Jersey is $150.00. This for 1-18 pallets. Any order that is over 18 pallets will be charged an additional delivery charge per 18 pallets. Outside of Union County, you can see our Delivery Fees page here. (Delivery pricing for outside of NJ, please call.)
